It can be applied to painted or unpainted substrates:
– Gypsum plaster, plasterboard
– Old painted surfaces
– Any filler
– Cement, concrete, cellular concrete, breeze blocks, bricks and stone
Joint Skim & Fill can be overcoated with any filler, any conventional paints and wall coverings.
