FAMAG 10mm HSS Countersink, 1775010 – Seven-edged countersink with pointed angle 90, irregular pitch, with fully ground tool head for finest results. Countersinking in all sorts of wood, also suitable for veneered, laminated panels and many plastics like acrylic glass, Corian, GFRP, HPL coating, polycarbonate, PVC and Trespa board. Due to the specially designed pitch, it is possible to countersink without chattering also in soft wood. For all non-ferrous metals, hard plastics etc., we recommend the carbide tipped adjustable countersink VARIO 2202 or the countersinks of the product line 3540. HSS. 1000 – 2500 rpm. e.g. 16 mm 1800 rpm in soft wood.
